By accessing or using any service of Kairos AI Technologies Private Limited — including the website kairosai.tech and the PadhoAI platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.
2. Description of Services
Kairos AI Technologies provides AI-powered technology services, including:
- PadhoAI — a personalised, multilingual, AI-driven learning platform for K-12 and beyond, designed for Indian students.
- kairosai.tech — the corporate website of Kairos AI Technologies Private Limited.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Eligibility
To use our services independently, you must be at least 18 years of age, or 13 years with verifiable parental or guardian consent. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who misrepresent their eligibility.
4. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately at contact@kairosai.tech if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property & Trademark
All content, software, branding, designs, AI models, curriculum materials, and technology on our platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Kairos AI Technologies Private Limited, protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
PadhoAI is a registered trademark of Kairos AI Technologies Private Limited (Trademark Application No. 7580884, Class 41 — Education & Training Services). Any unauthorised use of the PadhoAI name, logo, or brand is strictly prohibited and may attract legal action under the Trade Marks Act, 1999.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our services for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform or content without prior written consent.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian law.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or AI model weights from our platform.
- Upload, post, or transmit content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, data, or other users' accounts.
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or tools to access our platform without prior written approval.
- Impersonate Kairos AI Technologies, its employees, or any other person or entity.
- Commercially exploit, resell, or sublicense access to our platform without authorisation.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
PadhoAI uses artificial intelligence to generate personalised learning content, explanations, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. Such content should be used as a learning aid and not as a substitute for verified academic sources or professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated outputs for any specific purpose.
8. Payments & Subscriptions
Certain features of PadhoAI require a paid subscription. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Pricing and subscription terms may change with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers. Disputes regarding payments must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date by writing to contact@kairosai.tech.
9. Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Educational outcomes depend on individual effort, engagement, and circumstances beyond our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Kairos AI Technologies Private Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services. Our total aggregate liability in any event shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kairos AI Technologies Private Limited, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of our services, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion — without prior notice — for conduct that violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is prejudicial to our reputation or legal standing. Upon termination, your licence to use our services ceases immediately.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of our services following such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
